Call for Workshop Proposals: Personalizing Educator Retention Through Connection
This year's conference explores Personalizing Educator Retention Through Connection, a theme centered on fostering meaningful relationships, leveraging innovative teacher retention and recruitment strategies, and using AI-driven personalization to sustain passionate educators.
We invite proposals highlighting creative, actionable approaches to teacher retention, emphasizing how the connection between colleagues, students, communities, and technology can transform the educator experience. Workshops may explore, but are not limited to:
AI-Enhanced Personalized Support – How technology can tailor mentorship, professional development, and wellness resources to meet individual educator needs.
Cultivating Belonging in Schools – Strategies for fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and emotional resilience.
Early Intervention for Educator Well-being – Using insights, predictive models, and responsive leadership to address burnout before it escalates.
Community-Led Retention Strategies – How collective efforts within and beyond the school can nurture educators and prevent turnover.
Workshops should be interactive, collaborative, grounded in practical application, and presented outside traditional frameworks. In other words, we don't want PowerPoint or show-and-tell. Do not talk at, talk with. Be creative and bold!
Submission Guidelines:
Workshop proposals should include a title, abstract (150–250 words), intended audience, and learning objectives.
Sessions should outline how you will engage and collaborate with participants beyond traditional strategies.
Proposals are reviewed by the conference leadership and planning team on relevance to the theme, originality, and potential impact.
